We offer all-inclusive packages (including hotel, transportation, activities and meals) as well as land-only tour packages (without airfare). You’re free to choose whichever option best suits your needs. We also handle separate bookings for airfare and ferry tickets (from your origin country).

For the best experience, we recommend a Medan tour package of at least 4 days and 3 nights (4D3N) or 5 days and 4 nights (5D4N). However, we also offer a 1-day trip for those who has limited time.

Initial deposit (DP) requires to secure hotel bookings & final payment upon arrival. You simply pay a deposit as a confirmation, and the remaining balance can be settled upon arrival at the destination.

At least 1 to 3 months before departure. We recommend booking 1 month in advance for regular weekends, and 3 months in advance if you plan to visit during peak season (national holidays/year-end).

Yes. We offer special rates for groups, including a free bonus for 1 person if the group size exceeds 30 people.

A valid passport. We only require the following information: Name, Age, Passport Number, and Nationality for the accommodation and ferry ticket reservation process.

Yes, for small groups. For groups of fewer than 12 people, our driver acts as the tour guide. For larger groups, we provide a separate professional tour guide.
